Hot Yoga Copenhagen is by Christianshavn Metro at Torvegade 66. We offer infrared hot yoga, non-heated yoga, Vibro Yoga and meditation in heated and non-heated rooms. The hot-yoga room can be set between 30–38°C with approximately 65% humidity, and all levels are welcome. Through Yoga Bible, the team also offers 200-hour yoga teacher trainings in 4, 8 or 18-week formats.
