Hot Vinyasa Flow

Hot Power Yoga

The most demanding class on the schedule. Power yoga builds serious strength through sustained holds, arm balances, inversions and advanced transitions. The infrared heat raises the challenge and helps you access poses that feel impossible in a cold room.

Hot Yin Yoga

Slow, meditative practice with 3–5 minute holds, letting gravity and gentle heat stretch your deep connective tissue. The lower heat is cocoon-like — perfect for turning inward and an ideal counter to dynamic practices.
