These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the members of HYC 3 Aps, with CVR-number 41295252 ("HYC") and its valued members.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Upon initiating a membership at HYC, the member (referred to as "you") acknowledges and accepts these comprehensive Terms and Conditions. Additionally, you embrace HYC's rules and the applicable Privacy Policy as outlined below and on our official website. This acceptance also extends to receiving essential service communications from HYC, which will inform you of any changes to your membership and related things.
1. Personal Data
During the enrolment process at HYC, you are required to furnish essential personal information, including your full name, address, email address, birth date, and telephone number.
2. Misuse
Membership privileges and membership cards are strictly personal and non-transferable. Any misuse of membership privileges and/or membership cards will result in the penalty of the fees according to prevailing rates and immediate termination of the membership.
3. Contact Details
HYC is committed to maintaining accurate contact details for each member. This includes your address, email address, and telephone number. Updates are facilitated through communications at the HYC studios or our dedicated membership service. Members are encouraged to notify HYC of any changes to their contact information promptly.

5. Refund Policy
Please be advised that while circumstances might lead you to reconsider your purchase, refunds will not be granted. If you have any questions or need clarification, please do not hesitate to contact info@hotyogacph.dk.
6. Video & Photos
HYC may capture visual media for educational and promotional purposes, including photographs and live-streamed yoga classes.
7. Duration
As outlined in Section 13 below, membership at HYC operates on a recurring basis and continues until terminated. Recurring memberships automatically conclude at the end of the prepaid period. Subsequent periodic memberships can be obtained at the prevailing standard rate.
8. Payment
Membership fees are processed automatically every month through auto-pay arrangements. The full membership period is paid in advance upon activating a periodic membership.
9. Late Payment
Timely settlement of your monthly membership fee is crucial. HYC will issue reminders for payment, and associated fees will be applied. If payment is not received within ten (10) days from the due date, HYC reserves the right to terminate the membership without further notice. Access to membership privileges will be suspended until all outstanding balances are settled.
10. Price Changes
Just to let you know, notification of changes in membership fees will be conveyed via email to the address provided in Section 2. You will be informed of such changes by 15 days after they become effective. Additionally, price alterations will be published on our official website. If you cannot continue your membership due to the amended fees, you can terminate it according to Section 13.
11. Membership Pause
Members are allowed to pause their memberships temporarily. Requests for pausing membership should be directed to info@hotyogacph.dk, with a notice period of the current month plus one (1) additional month. Memberships can be paused multiple times but for one to three consecutive months per pause. The subsequent month’s fee will still apply if a pause is requested after the monthly payment.
12. Pausing During Termination
Membership pauses are not applicable during a termination period. In the event of membership termination, any ongoing pause will be invalidated.
13. Termination of Membership
You can terminate your membership any time by giving notice equivalent to the current month plus one (1) additional month. Upon opting for termination, a final monthly charge will apply, enabling you to enjoy membership benefits until the conclusion of the paid period. Termination requests should be sent via email to HYC's membership service (info@hotyogacph.dk). Please ensure your email includes your full name and express intent to terminate.
14. Minors and Legally Incapacitated Persons
Membership for individuals under 18 and legally incapacitated persons is permissible only when procured by an individual of legal age. The legal adult or guardian takes responsibility for any liabilities arising from the membership of the minor or incapacitated person.
15. Health and Injury
Participation in HYC activities is undertaken at your own risk. It is incumbent upon you to ensure your physical health aligns with the demands of activities at HYC. HYC cannot be held liable for injuries resulting from accidents, incorrect exercises, or the actions of other attendees.
16. Valuables
HYC cannot be held responsible for losses due to theft, property damage, or theft from the premises
17. Rules
Members must adhere to the membership terms and conditions, rules, and instructions specified by HYC staff. Compliance includes:
Maintaining a respectful noise level within the studio premises.
Observing silence within the yoga hall.
Ensuring cleanliness after use.
Respecting studio property, including mats, towels, and other amenities.
Violation of HYC rules constitutes a material breach, potentially leading to suspension and charges for damages to HYC property.
18. Class Attendance and Cancellation
To cancel attendance for a class, notification must be provided three (3) hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to cancel on time or to attend the class as scheduled may result in applicable fines, automatically debited from your payment card stored in the HYC system.
19. Exclusion of a Member
HYC reserves the right to terminate any membership contract without notice. Unused prepayments will be refunded upon such termination. Material breaches of membership terms and rules, including lending membership cards and inappropriate conduct, may lead to immediate membership termination without refunds.
20. Changes to Membership Terms
HYC retains the right to modify membership terms, conditions, fees, and prices periodically. If you discontinue your membership due to these changes, you can terminate as specified in Section 13. Standard operational changes to rules, class schedules, facilities, equipment, and operating hours are within HYC's purview.
21. Newsletters and Information
You can opt-in or out of specific information types from HYC and its partners. Receipt of important emails requires an opt-in during profile creation. You can make adjustments to your consent preferences by contacting HYC or the membership service.
22. Teacher Training and Education
For participants in teacher training and educational programs, the following guidelines apply:
As specified on the website, a deposit is mandatory for securing a spot in a teacher training program.
Cancellation must be communicated at least 30 days before the course start date to receive a refund.
HYC may request a participant to discontinue the course for valid reasons.
Changes to terms and conditions regarding education programs must be communicated via email.
