From 1 January 2026, all yoga studios must add 25% VAT to memberships, clip cards and passes. That normally means higher prices – but in 2025 you can prepay selected options and keep them VAT-free.

Timing before class
- Arrive 20 minutes before class.
- Door closes 5 minutes before start.
- First-timers: come 10–15 minutes early to settle in.
What to bring to class
- Mat & towel (rent / buy available) – no camp mats.
- Wear clothes you’re happy to sweat in – rentals available.
- Multiple classes same day? Bring extra towel & clothes.
Body odor / perfume
Please avoid perfume, strong body odor, food smells, alcohol or tobacco. We keep the room neutral so everyone can breathe comfortably.
Showers & changing rooms
- Showers & changing rooms available.
- Bring your own liquid soap.
- Please keep showers short so everyone gets a turn.
Change of plans?
- Cancel at least 3 hours before to avoid the 59 DKK fee.
- Fees help fund clean hand towels, tea & ginger shots for everyone.

Back, neck or joint issues? Go for structured, slower classes and avoid strong, push-up-heavy Vinyasa.
For Elderly
Prefer a gentler pace or lower heat? Stay in the warm room with extra support and more floor time.
