  • Practical info

    We offer both Hot Yoga classes for all levels, with a diverse weekly rotating schedule. All classes are designed to be accessible, and you’re welcome to take it easy at any time during practice.

    Enjoy thoughtful amenities, including:

    - Clean hand towels (free of charge).

    - Frozen face towels in Hot Yoga.

    - An organic ginger shot after class.

    - Herbal tea, changing rooms, and showers.

    Please bring your mat and towels, or you can rent or purchase them at the studio. Doors open 20 minutes before class and close 5 minutes before it begins. First-time visitors should arrive 10-15 minutes early for a brief tour.

    During weekends, you may see the classes “fully booked.” Add yourself to the waiting list, as there is a 99% chance you can find a spot to practice.

  • To detox and sweat, book a Vinyasa or Hatha class, a combination of them, Bikram Yoga, Sweat like a Viking, or Triangle Method. They are all sweaty yet doable.

  • All classes will help you gain flexibility but the classes that include Yin Yoga help you more to both relax and gain major flexibility. Classes such as Vinyasa + Yin, Hatha + Yin, Triangle Method, Bikram, Vibro Yoga and just pure Yin Yoga classes.

  • Book active classes such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Bikram, Triangle, Core Special, and mat workouts to gain strength.

  • If you are an athlete or a bodybuilder/super fit in some way or another, we recommend you join the Hot Hatha classes, Triangle or Yin Yoga. These classes will help you to gain flexibility and heal your injuries.

  • All classes are doable. As the first class, we recommend you to join a combo class like Vinyasa + Yin or Hatha + Yin as well as Hot Hatha, Vibro Yoga and Triangle Method.

  • We recommend trying any classes that include Yin Yoga or Vibro Yoga. All the Warm Classes are suitable for relaxation.

  • If you have back or neck issues or other joint/muscle injuries, we highly recommend taking the Hatha or Triangle classes or combo classes with Yin Yoga. Vinyasa classes are usually hard on the shoulders and are very active.

  • If you consider yourself an elderly, we recommend you to join the Warm classes: Warm Yin, Warm Vinyasa + Yin, Warm Hatha + Yin

    Book your class online before your arrival. Call us if it’s not possible for you, and we will help you with the booking.

  • Arrival

    Our front door opens 20 minutes before the class and locks up 5 minutes before the class.

  • Cancel Class

    Please cancel your class latest 3 hours before the start time to avoid losing your clip or getting a 50 dkk fine.

  • Mat / Towel

    You need a Yoga mat and a towel to absorb the sweat. You can buy or rent mats and towels at the studio. If you plan to practice two classes in a row, you are required to use a freshly washed practice towel and a separate hand towel for each class.

  • Clothes

    Bring clothes suitable for sweating. If you are planning to practice two or more classes in a row, you are required to use a freshly washed set of clothes for each class separately.

    You can rent Yoga clothes at the studio in XS, S, and M sizes.

    We do not sell yoga clothes at the studio.

  • facilities

    We offer changing room and shower facilities.

    Bring your own shampoo/soap.

    Please make showers quick.

  • body odor

    Avoid strong perfumes before the class.

    Your access to the Yoga hall may be denied if you have used strong perfume or smelled like food, spices, cigarettes, or alcohol.

  • Our location

    Our studio is located very close to the Christianshavn metro station at Torvegade 66.

    There are plenty of parking spots in nearby streets.
