We have seamlessly integrated the low-frequency tones of ambient music into the floors beneath your yoga mat, creating a unique and immersive experience.

Throughout the class, you’ll feel a variety of vibration patterns and sequences under your mat, enhancing your practice and deepening your connection to the moment. This sensory experience continues during Shavasana—the relaxing lying-down pose—at the beginning, middle, and end of the class, bringing a sense of calm and grounding.

For those seeking a purely vibrational experience, we offer specialized sessions called Vibration Shower, designed to immerse you entirely in the soothing power of sound and vibration.

Why We Introduced Vibro Yoga at Hot Yoga Copenhagen
